Heritage Country Station consistently on top in the ratings needs morning drive jock to give a small market station that "big market sound" He should be someone who plans their morning show out the day ahead. Bits, Voices and ability to be topical along with working phones all are a plus Looking for a take charge guy who knows how to be funny without being a smart alec or blue Looking for a team player who realizes that everyone has something to contribute Don't want a clock watcher but someone who wants to win!!!
