KHOU-TV/DT, the Belo station in Houston, is searching for an Executive Producer of Special Projects. The EP of special projects oversees our signature franchise, a daily in-depth enterprise report in our 10pm newscast. You’ll also oversee special reports in other evening newscasts along with a host of projects, including our 2008 election coverage. The ideal candidate has outstanding organizational and editorial skills. This is an opportunity to work with some of the best journalists in the business to create award winning stories. Three to five years of experience as a projects producer and/or manager in a top 20 market preferred. College degree preferred.
