EEO1Source is a web-based program that helps each station employment unit (SEU) fulfill its commitment to providing equal opportunity to anyone looking for a job in Texas broadcasting.
An SEU is one or more stations that are commonly-owned or controlled, located in the same market and share at least one employee.
The FCC requires each SEU with five or more full-time employees (those regularly working 30 or more hours per week) to keep certain records and conduct extensive outreach to fill vacant, full-time positions.
